WARRANTY POLICY

ICEBREAKER BIKE warranties alloy and carbon frames for 3 years, and carbon forks for 1 year from the date of receiving.

Components are warrantied under the OE supplier's policy.

The warranty applies to the original owner and is non-transferrable.

Above Warranties do not cover normal wear and tear or damages that are caused by inappropriate use or other than normal activities, including, but not limited to:

The obvious signs of abuse or alteration such as dents, bends, deep scratches, and gashes.

Crashing or road accidents.

Improper assembly or follow-up maintenance.

Ignorance of manufacturer recommendations.

Using the product for commercial activities or in competitive events, such as BMX racing, stunt riding, ramp jumping, or similar activities, and training for such activities or events.

In case of warranty returns or replaces we may need to receive your defected item since we need to send it back to the supplier in Asia for investigation. For returns or exchanges (shipping cost excluded) you must contact us first. We will provide return instruction at that time. ​
